Corporate Culture Full of Vitality

Having defined "Mizuho Values" as "possessing a 'customer–first' corporate objective," "facing the challenges of innovation," "being rational and fair in making decisions," "placing importance on speed," and "being accountable for all actions," we are working, through tools like our personnel evaluation and the 360–degree employee performance evaluation*, to instill these values in all Group employees as the common conceptual underpinnings of the attitudes and conduct we exercise in performing our work.
