MHFG and the other joint organizers distributed Yellow Badges with accompanying accident insurance policies to 1,130,000 students entering their first year of elementary school. The Yellow Badges have been presented to students across Japan since 1965 in an effort to help prevent traffic accidents involving young children. To mark the occasion, presentation ceremonies were held at numerous locations nationwide.
