MHCB Dalian Branch accepted a workplace study tour by 39 Dalian Japanese School students, in October 11, 2010. They visited the workplace and were given a lecture on the financial connection between Japan and China (Dalian).

Accepted a Workplace Study Tour by Students of the Dalian Japanese School
"Mizuho Finance Lesson" at the Hong Kong Japanese School
MHCB Hong Kong branch held a "Mizuho finance lesson" for fifth-graders and ninth-graders at the Hong Kong Japanese School in November 1, 4 and 18, 2010. MHCB gave a class about financial structure for elementary students and about exchange rates for junior high school students.
Held a Lecture on Financial Education at a New York City High School
On November 9, 2010, employees from the MHCB New York Branch volunteered to participate in a financial education lecture at Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis High School in New York City, where they explained to 40 students continuing onto higher-education or employment about the fundamentals of asset formation and the use of money in financial planning.
Held a lecture on Financial Education at the Los Angeles Branch
On November 18, 2010, MHCB Los Angeles Branch invited 33 students from the Downtown Business Magnets High School in Los Angeles to visit the branch. At the lecture on financial education held at the branch, employees explained the fundaments of America’s economy, structure of capital market, as well as the use of money in financial planning and how to build a career.
Class on Financial Education in Singapore
A class on financial education was conducted by MHCB Singapore Branch for the sixth-grade students at the Japanese Primary School using "Working with Money". Students were very interested in exchange rate fluctuations as well as in the roles and the flow of money. An active question and answer session was performed.
