Mizuho Holdings, Inc.
As already announced in its announcement, on January 14, 2003, "Schedule of the stock-for-stock exchange between Mizuho Holdings, Inc. and Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. and schedule of the listing application of Mizuho Financial Group, Inc." Mizuho Holdings, Inc. ("MHHD") will delist its common stock prior to the proposed stock-for-stock exchange ("kabushiki-kokan") between MHHD and Mizuho Financial Group, Inc ("MHFG").
